Absolutely. Many clients ship their items to us from across NSW and Australia. We'll guide you through the process and return your piece via your preferred carrier once it's engraved.

Yes - by appointment, in-person consultations are available for clients. We don't find it necessary to meet in-person for most jobs, but it can sometimes be beneficial.

If you are within one hour of Gwandalan, we are able to come to you to finalise any details that cannot be ascertained via phone or email. Online consultation appointments are available for clients across Australia.

In some cases, yes. If you're nearby and need a fast turnaround, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible based on the piece and our current schedule. Laser-engraved services will generally have a faster turn-around than hand-engraving.
