Please allow up to 5 business days to fulfil your order. When processed, you can expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!


FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Australia-wide:

• $10 Standard post (2-8 business days) 
• $15 Express post (1-4 business days)

We do not ship internationally.

TRACKING

An Australia Post tracking number will be provided to you on fulfilment of your order. 

INSURANCE

Jewellery cannot be insured through Australia Post. JB Ornamental takes no responsibility for goods that may be lost or damaged during the shipping process. For more information regarding refunds, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
